For those on medication and fighting to keep your weight under control. It’s not easy.

But how you feel about yourself can make not meeting those goals not affect who you are. I’m still trying after 5 years and it’s a constant uphill battle. But I’m HAPPY with who I am.

Here’s the proof. My weight chart and me. Don’t give up on you because your body doesn’t do what you want it to. Just means it’s time to call for help. (I’m down 3 pounds from a month ago after seeing a dietician two weeks ago.)
